385 channel balance

Question

My sash balances are stamped with 29 6    dpBSI.   Any idea which one I order for replacement?  Is it the 2810?

Thanks for posting. If your stamp is 29 6, then your balance should be 30" long, not 29". I would double check that. I would also recommend the 2960 option, since your old stamp reads "29 6."
