Hello there!

This isn't the Series 380 or Series 385. What you have here will actually need to be a custom order since it isn't a configuration that we stock. I'll just need a few more details. Can you measure the bottom fitting as shown in the image below? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?
