Single hung no tilt window. This mounts on the inside track of the top part of the window sash. I believe one of the videos on this site refers to something similar as a top sash guide, except mine doesn't mount on top of the window, but inside inside the track and hidden from the top

It's size is 5/8" by 2 1/4" long
