Hello, I have to replace some channel balances. The 385 and 380 series look right (1/2") width, but what is the difference between the foot pieces?15-004 and 15-005 look indentical, no guidance is available in the website..
My springs are 32" long; have 3140 stamped on them, then B.S.I stamped (at right angle to the 3140), then what looks like a small ov next to that. Pictures attached.
thanks for your help.

Good Afternoon,

The difference between the 15-004 and the 15-005 is the depth of the shoe. Take a look at both product pictures. You will see that the 15-004 has a depth of 1-3/32" and the 15-005 has a shorter depth of 1".

My guess from your pictures is that you need the S385-32 with the option 3140.

Measure your shoe and make sure it matches up to the 15-004 before ordering.
