39-016 doesn't fit

I bought the 39-016 operator. It's a pretty close, but not a match to my original. What should I Do?

Start with comparing your awning operator to our 39-025, 39-251, and 39-276. Look over the dimensions as well as the details in the arm to determine if either of these might be a fit for you.
