39-020 is too short

This looks like what I need.

(WOOD WINDOW CRANK, 9"
Product Code: 39-020)

But it's too short. The two screw show 3 1/2" apart and mine are 3" plus the arm on this one is 9' and the one on my window is all on 13" or more.

Do you have what I'm looking for?

We would like to see some photos of your existing operator. We would also need to know the spacing between the installation holes. That would help us identify the proper replacement operator.
