Hello, Arlen. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with our 39-025.

Looking at your photos, I don't immediately see any reason why our part wouldn't work. The link arms are a slightly different size, but that's not enough to prevent your window from closing. Can you go into more detail as to what exactly is happening?

They are now working. I mounted the new operators 1/4 inch lower than the originals. They open and close correctly now.
