39-031 Operator

Hi we purchased an operator 39-031 recently and it is the correct arm but it appears the arms are not in the correct position??? We are currently trying to install but the arms are not in the correct positon.

We tried to change the position of the arm but it doesn't work. Not sure if the operator was manufacturered wrong or if we are doing something wrong.

Any help you can provide would be great.

Hey, Jack.

It sounds like the arm isn't oriented properly. Take a look at the video below. It will explain what I mean and show you how to fix it.
