I ordered a 39-031 and 39-032 from you..
the roller on the arms are plastic and do not fit my guid frame.
Do you make the entry guard dual arm with a metal roller instead of plastic type ?
39-031 and 39-032.

Hello there. Sorry to hear of your trouble with the new dual-arm operators. We don't carry different versions of these--instead you might need to replace the old track. See the 39-505, which is compatible with the Entrygard mechanisms you bought. See if you think you could adapt this to your window.
