39-031 but with a steel roller?

I'm looking for a similar operator, it looks like it could be the 39-031 operator, however, I need a flat profile steel roller instead of a nylon roller. It is a entry guard truth stamped operator. Every dual split arm operator I've seen has the nylon roller but I need the steel roller...please see picture. Thank you.

Hey there, Emily isn't here today, but I can handle you from here on out, as I'm familiar with this old steel wheel.

The unfortunate news is that the manufacturer, Truth, stopped making operators this way. They're obsolete with no alternative made.

The only option we can offer is to replace the operator entirely with our 39-031 and 39-032, which have the thicker nylon wheel, but replacing the track at the same time with the 39-505. The problem here is that the 39-505 is meant to mount on the face of the sash, not underneath it like your original. It may not be a 1:1 fit, and some creative handiwork may be required to get everything to line up.

I'm sorry we can't offer you an easier solution. This old style just isn't made anymore.
