39-032 and 39-031 Offset

The description of 39-032 and 39-031 describe the Offset as downward. I can not tell from the picture (since there is no side view of it) if this is what I need. The ones I need need, have to go up toward the clip stud bracket. Could you please confirm if this does that.

I need 39-032 and 39-031 but with upward arm. See pictures

Thanks for the additional photos, Gary. We've seen versions of these operators with an upward offset but our parts should still work for you so long as the dimensions match up. You just may need to manipulate the link arm to attach it to the bracket since the offset is different.
