Hello,
I ordered the 39-037 operator in white. The website shows the handle to the left in the closed position. The (4) I received are closed in the right hand position. The ones I am replacing are closed in the left hand position. Not really that big of a deal. The problem I am having is the cutout for the operator is 3" x 3/4" and there is no way the arms will fit from the inside going out. The smallest the arms will go is 5". I believe it should fit from the outside going in but the escutcheon would have to be removable. These are not. What do you think?
