39-083. And 39-090 window dyad crank 5"

A quick learner from Ontario canada says:
In my photo you can see that the new crank that you sent has a longer arm. On the new crank that you sent the number on the arm is 40395. My old crank with the gold arms has no number on that arm. The second arm on both, however, the one that attaches to the window is the same length--number 30866. Do you have the part I need?

Thank you for posting. Looks like you needed to order the 39-188, not the 39-090. You can see the difference in the shape of the gear arm; the 39-090 is more "Z" shaped while the 39-188 is more "W" shaped.
