We need a crank bent arm that needs to be 3" rather than the 5" we purchased. Do you sell such an item? White or the rust/ copper color can work. Thanks for your help

Hello,

Your operator resembles the 39-187 and 39-188. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. Keep in mind that it is the link arm that attaches to the sash that measures 5" long, not the base arm. Thanks for posting!

Our case is 5-1/2"
We need something that fits our space. These may not fit

Are you referring to the link arm as measuring 5-1/2" long? If so, these operators could still work for you but you may need to reuse the original link arm and mount it to the base arm. You might also be able to adjust the position of the bracket that the link arm connects to on the sash to compensate for the difference.

We will order the ones you suggested. Will need the screws. The last order did not include screws
