39-089 with 4" arm

A quick learner from Nashua NH says:
I have to replace a control it does have a 5" hole center But it has 4" eye to eye arm...looking everywhere can you help. Thanks Rich

Thanks for posting. Can you remove the operator in question from the window and take a few pictures of it for us to see? There are a few more subtle differences in this style of operator from model to model and the easiest way for us to determine what you have is to just see it. Thank you!

I am having the same issue. We ordered the 39-187 but it doesn't quite fit.

Our current ones have 5" hole arm but the eye to eye arm is 4" as well. The top one is ours and the bottom one is the 39-187.

Please help!!!

Thanks for providing this image! This gives us a much better idea of what you have. Now, we have checked our sources in the past for an operator with a 4-1/2" arm, but we have had no success. You may want to check with the manufacturer who supplied the windows, as it's possible that they can help you.

The fastest solution, however, may be to simply swap the link arm from your old operator to the new one. Check out our 62-014, which you can use to re-rivet the arm.
