Question

I recently purchased item 39-091 as a replacement for the casement operator in the picture.
The new operator I received looks identical to the one in the picture, the only difference being that to actuate the arm the handle is cranked counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close.

Which casement operator do I need to buy to replace the same operator shown in this picture?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what you may be asking. It sounds like you might've ordered the wrong handing of the operator but the 39-091 appears to be what you're showing here in your photo. Can you clarify that for me?
