Can you advise what the difference is between these two items? I have some 35 year old MW casement windows which I would like to upgrade with these items and want to ensure I order the correct pieces. Thanks!

This is a great question. The 39-107FK fits Truth Hardware's EntryGard series operators. The 39-375 fits Truth Hardware's Encore series operators. They are not interchangeable.
