39-157 operator handle extension

A quick learner from USA says:
I'm working on putting a doggy door into where we have a casement window and can't make a full rotation of the window crank because it hits the bottom of the plastic frame on the doggy door. I tried measuring the diameter of the shaft and ordered a 4" extension for 11/32".

This turned out to be too small for the shaft, so I'm hoping you can tell what size I need from the attached photos. I think a 2" extension would be long enough if you have that size in the correct diameter.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Your operator resembles the Pella 39-096 and 39-097, which uses the 3/8" diameter 39-109B handle. Unfortunately, we do not carry an extension that is compatible with your assembly. You may want to try reaching out to Pella directly to determine if they could offer a possible solution.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
