39-187 with a 4-1/2" arm?

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:
Do you have 39-187 in a 4-1/2" arm?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Can we see your old operator? Sometimes it's not as simple as finding such-and-such operator with a different arm; sometimes there are subtle differences. We want to make sure of the exact part that you need.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
We've never been able to find these operators with a 4-1/2" arm, unfortunately. What people have done in the past is that they've used a drill to remove the rivet from the 39-187 so that they can replace the 5" arm with the old 4-1/2" arm and seal it with a 62-014 rivet. This should bring the operator back into working order, if you think you can manage it.
