Do you have a version of this operator with longer arms?

i have a casement operator left hand that has a 5 3/4 inch arm total with arm holes of 5 1/4 inch do u have these in white

We have searched all over for an operator that matches your description, but it appears it is no longer available. These operators are currently only available in one size.

There are three possible solutions to this, based on my own experience and anecdotes shared with colleagues. First, you could try installing our operator as-is and see if it will work anyway, despite the difference in link arm size. I've had this work myself, but it's not always a guarantee. If you're lucky, this will settle it for yo.

If that doesn't work, you can adjust the position of the sash bracket to make up the difference. This is the piece that connects the operator arm to the sash. If you drill new holes in such a way as to make up the difference in size, then it should hopefully connect and function normally.

Finally, in the worst case scenario, assuming all options above failed, then you will need to re-use the link arm from your original operator and attach it to the new operator using the 62-014B rivet. This can be a difficult project if you aren't handy, or if you've never done it before.
