I purchased Part 39-205 to replace a "Truth" part that fit a Pella Window Casing (attached photos "Pella Truth a and c" are photos of the part I have, and desire a replacement for)
The 39-205 that I received has a round interior that does not fit over the "geared" window casing part (attached photo "Pella b")

I'm afraid we don't have a folding crank handle for your Pella operator. The biggest factor is the diameter of the handle hole; the 39-205 has an 11/32" diameter hole, but Pella operators require handles with a 3/8" diameter hole. The only thing I can think to recommend is our 39-227B "T" handle. See what you think.

Since my initial post, I came to learn the Window Crank is a Truth part.
The folding-handle pictured is a Truth part (note "Truth" label inside the folding handle with the tape measure)
By chance, do you have a replacement Truth handle that matches that which is photographed, with the ribbed interior ?

You're right, I missed that label in your first picture. That definitely says Truth, but the operator you show in your third photo looks like it's Pella. That cover style is used exclusively by Pella windows. Could it be whoever installed this hardware in the past mixed and matched parts?
What's more is that if your operator is made by Truth, then the 39-205 you received should have worked. The ribbed interior honestly doesn't affect the function that much. The 39-205 is specifically designed to work on all Truth brand operators. If it didn't, then your operator is probably not Truth.
