Hello, does the 39-259 have the top screw offset to the right a little and does it come in brown? Attached is my crank. Thanks

Yes, the 39-259 has the screw hole on the top tab offset slightly to the right. I am afraid this only comes in one finish. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Where can I see the measurements for the 39-259? My control arm has a 3/8 inch hole.

The dimensions for the 39-259 are listed in the pictures on its shop page. For your convenience I've reposted them below. Note that it also has a 3/8" hole at the end of the link arm.
