39-312 10" arms

Question

I ordered the 39-312 for my window but the arms were to long. I need 10 inch arms for this window. Do you sell them?i mesured it and it is 20 3/4.

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything in that size. Could you show me a picture of your original operator out of the window? Can you also show me a photo of them with a tape measurer? That would be a huge help, thank you!
