39-339 Insert Connect provide extension?

Will the insert connector provide a 1" extension for my folding handle that rubs the wooden sash when cranked?  This is a Pella casement window installed too low into the sash.

No, the 39-339 is just a connecting piece.

Also, the 39-339 will not work with Pella. We do not have any extension options for Pella handles.

The 39-227B Pella T-Crank Handle is available, and may give you clearance, however it may be difficult to crank the window open with just your finger tips.
