Guide bar for 39-348

Question

I have a Sentry electric window opener attached to a Truth awning hardware #45301. The worm screw gear is thrashed. It looks like the 39-348 with a measurement of 24" matches my existing hardware. I have the shoe studs and the brackets. Your hardware description mentions a guide bar attachment which I don't have. I could not locate it on your site. Please advise.

Hello! Please see our 36-078B awning operator track, which is fully compatible with the 39-348. We also sell the 36-078 shoe, if you cannot reuse your originals.

Note that the 36-078B is 26-3/4" long. If that length is no good, though, let me know and we can look into finding whatever size you have.
