39-351 Length of short side

Question

Two quick questions
1. LH means from the inside of the house the hinge is on the left side, correct?
2. What is the length of the short side of the 39-351 Pella Hinge Arm. My 1998 era Pella window long side (without slide) is just less than 10" and the short side around 6" (second story window, using mirror to measure). Does this match the 39-351 Pella Hinge Arm?

Thanks for posting. The short arm on the Pella 39-351 is 6" long. "Left" and "Right" hinging is as viewed from the exterior, as stated in the 39-351 product description.
