39-363 is worn out

If this part is wore out, will this cause the window to slightly sag? I have a 4 pane window with 2 casement as part of this window. From the inside of the house, the left casement window slightly sags and will catch on the bottom right while closing it.

Yes, I believe that if a 39-363 shoe is worn that it will start causing issues. Casement windows are very fragile, and as they get older they will sag even more. With that in mind, I suggest replacing your worn 39-363 pivot plate hinge shoe to keep your other parts from failing due to the sagging.
