39" Channel balance

I am replacing some channel balances. I have attached photos of the ends, and the marking on the balance says "38 4 JL CALDWELL" I am thinking it is part # S380-39, but not 100% sure.

The Series 380 does look close, I agree. The best way to be 100% sure is to look at the nylon caps that come with it--our 19-005 and 15-005--and carefully compare our dimensions to your own measurements. If they're all the same, I think you'll be okay.

The S380-39 got the job done. Also, it looks like the Sash Guides were busted up, and 18-124P looks like it's an exact match. Thanks for your help.
