39" long spiral balance

I am ordering balance springs and shoes. Can you confirm the color of tip to use? My current springs do not have any color coding.

Length: 39"
Diameter: 3/8"
Sash weight: 19 lbs

I am looking at series 900 sash springs and 15-045 shoes. For my single hung windows.

Thanks for posting. We can custom make a 39" Series 900 spiral balance for you with a Green Tip; two of these balances with a Green Tip can carry a sash weight of 14 through 26 pounds. Can you just tell me how many you need?

I had a typo - only 29" long - so I can order a the standard with green tips- thanks

Oh, I see. Thanks for clarifying. For a 19 pound sash, either our Red or Green tip should work.
