3CG Balance Replacement

Question

Hello. I am trying to find the right replacement for this. The balance is for a non-tilting window. It measures 31" length x 1/2" width. It appears to have "3CG" etched on the balance. Please let me know if there is anything else needed to help identify this. Thank you!

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-31, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-31, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 3020 spring strength option for your replacement balances based on the stamp, which appears to be (30 B). Thank you!
