4 5/8 in center drawer pulls

Question

Refinishing an old dresser and night stand. Missing some handles and want to replace them with something different than the remaining ones. Cannot find 4 5/8 inch center to center screw hole handles. Do you carry these?

We don't have 4-5/8" either, unfortunately. That's admittedly kind of a weird size. The closest we have is 4-1/2" but that's obviously not enough.
