#4 T Handle for my Window Crank

A quick learner from Birmingham Alabama says:

I need #4 T handle window cranks. I have never seen one like mine on all the sights. I fits onto an 8 sided plastic piece and the T does not have a set screw on it that I've seen. Of course when we moved in there was only one crank left. I am sending a picture, please help !
