Top part of window sash stop to keep window from going up further. Just pull out when want to use and push in when not in use. Included tag from window. Need 4 replacements.

Hello,
I would recommend removing your vent latch from the window to compare to the specifications of the 26-122 shown below. Thanks for posting.
