Hi there!

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. It looks like you have either our S351-22, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-22, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. 

The stamp on your metal channel is a bit odd. We don't have a stamp option of "2116" for these balances. We recommend weighing your sash on a scale to determine the appropriate stamp option. There's a chart on the S351's and S390's store pages that will tell you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
