I think I am ready to order my replacement balances but I don't know the the 4 digit number option correlates to. I don't have the original balances so I don't have any serial numbers to work from. Just trying to match what used to be there. Can touch tell me what that 4 digit number means? (Beginning with 2)

That code just corresponds to the weight of the window. Remove the sash, put it on a scale, and check the item description on the webpage for whichever balance you choose. There should be a chart that shows the relationship between the sash weight and the 4 digit option.
