4 pane Jalousie Windows

Home Owner from Lakewood, New Jersey.
I have 5 Jalousie Windows on my back enclosed 3 season porch. The Window Crank operator on each window does operate properly. It is extremely difficult to open and close the windows, in fact for two of the windows handle that is part of a worm type insert broke loose from the main body of the Window crank (see picture 5). I don't know if the Window Crank Operator is the main cause of the problem, I did notice that the handle with the worm gear attached operates a notched arm in the window. The windows range in size from 44" wide to 36" wide with 4 12" panes in each window. Each Window pane has arms on each side of the window which operates that window. Therefore it seems it takes a lot of torque to open each window. I have a contractor who will install if I get parts.

Hi-thanks for posting!

It's hard to tell exactly from these photos, but take a look at the 39-025 awning window operator, along with the related video on this page. See if this is the operator is what you are looking for. If you have any questions let us know.
