Thank you! Your balance appears to be a match for the S380-25 or S385-25 with the 2450 stamp option. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below.

For 24 5 FW CMC 4 windows, they are 24 7/8" channel length and 1 3/32 shoe.
The second window is 86 20-3 FA5 CMC 1. The channel length is 24 7/8" and the shoe is the same at 1 3/32."

That's strange. The 24 5 balance's channel should be 25" long, and the 86 20-3 balance's channel should be 21" long. Can you double-check and confirm this for us?

Please note that the 86 20-3 balance must be a custom order. The 86 indicates that your balance includes a special washer that regulates the pulley system, which our other stock balances do not have.

I am sorry! I learned that my yardstick is not as accurate as my tape measure and I made a typo.
For 24 5 FW CMC 4 windows, they are 25" channel length and 1" shoe.
The second window is 86 20-3 FA5 CMC 1. The channel length is 21" and the shoe is the same at 1."

For the 24-5 balance with the 1" deep shoe, see the S380-25 with the 2450 stamp option. This is a stock balance, so it can't be included in the purchase link.
