27-4 window balance replacement needed

metal part is 28 inches long
from BFS non tilting windows
15-002 balance shoe? 1" x 1"
19-005 balance top?

Your shoe looks more like the 15-001 than the 15-002. The difference is in the depth. You'll need to measure yours to confirm the better match.

I cannot confirm if you have the 19-005 or not. It looks like you only sent us a picture of the bottom shoe.

You are correct, the shoe dimension is 1 1/8" not 1" so it is a 15-001. I just resent the other photos I have and am almost positive the top is a 19-005 by re-measuring it. I would like you to please take a look at my other photos before I order. I will only need 2 of the balances, my mistake. They are stamped 27-4 and the metal channel is 1/2 inch wide and 28 inches long. On one, the clip that the cord attaches to is missing and the other one has bad wear and damage on the 15-001 shoe. Thanks!

Ah, great. Yes, that looks like the 19-005 as well. With this in mind I would recommend our S395-28 with a 2740 option.
