Hi there, Heather.
This is a very old handle. Can you write out the precise diameter of the hole? I'm afraid we can't make out accurate dimensions from photos. We would also like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
I can't promise we will have a suitable replacement but we will try our best.
