40-039 screen door deadbolt

Question

Can this deadbolt be pushed aside by an outside intruder with a credit card or similar flat object, or when locked is it fixed in the protruding position?

I don't think that will be a problem with our 40-039. It's not spring loaded, but rather more like a turn bolt.
