i need to replace a larson storm door and the door is 1 1/2" thick.  Will this lock work?

You'll want to confirm the dimensions of your old handle set otherwise match, since Larson storm doors can use a few different types of locksets. Otherwise, the lever handle on the 40-049 can be adjusted for a thicker door.
