40-049 dimensions compared to my old PADO Latao latch

I have attached photos and an a drawing showing my dimensions compared to yours. I believe I will be ok. Please review and comment.

Hi, Jim.

Many of our customers have used our 40-049 lockset to replace the old Pado without issue, though in some cases adaptation (like drilling new holes) is required.

The 40-049 lock set was a perfect replacement for my old Pado. I had to drill one hole for each outside plate.
It looks great and works like a Swiss watch! I am a very happy customer.
