40-049 vs 40-183

I see the posts that say that the Swisco 40-049 can work as a replacement for the Pado Latao security door handle set. I want to replace a Pado Latao door handle set with a silver color door set. Do you have the equivalent of the 40-049 in a silver color?

Is it the 40-183? Thanks.
