The only identifying marks on my storm door with broken handle and latch is Herbst Lazar 1983. Do you have a replacement?

This handle set is no longer being made but you may be able to replace it with the 40-058, depending on how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!

I have that original handle and had same problem. My solution was to get the lever handle which is universal in size and plug up the holes instead of getting the separate key lock.
