Hi there these are the parts looking to be replaced.
Our old mortis has the bottom nylon insert inside the teardrop like cutout.
Is that something you can help me with

Hello,
We did carry a mortise lock with a similarly slotted keyway at one time but, unfortunately, it was recently discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. As for the 40-194, I'm not confident that it would work for you since there is no slot for the lock spindle to engage with. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
