We'd be happy to help but, since our parts are most generic and used by a wide range of door manufacturers, we would need to see your original mortise lock removed from the door to confirm the best match. Also, please write out your exact dimensions to compare to ours. Thank you!

do i have to replace the whole thing or just the handle? Lowes told me it would be under warrenty. Can you help me with this?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for doors that use multipoint locking systems like the assembly shown in your photos. If you believe that the hardware is still under warranty, you would need to contact the company that you received the door from for replacement parts. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
