Question

Hello!

I need 2 spring balances for a 35"x23" aluminum single glazed sash, (sorry didn't weigh it)
The aluminum C-channel is 22" long (w/o ends). and is 9/16" x 5/8" in cross section
I could see an ID stamp: 21 A near one end

Hi there- thanks so much for posting!

I was able to narrow what you have down to two options. You either have our Series 351 or our Series 390 channel balance. The difference between those balance lies in the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 351 has our 15-002 shoe which measures 1" deep and our Series 390 has our 15-001 shoe and measure 1-1/8" deep.

I believe your stamp will correlate with our 2110 option at checkout, but to be sure I would weigh your sash.
