40395 replacement crank arm

A home owner from San Francisco says:
Hello I have stripped gears in a crank arm I am trying to replace. To me it looks like WINDOW DYAD CRANK, 5" Product Code: 39-089 is the replacement part. Not sure I disconnect the arm from the window because I could not see the locking mechanism as it's a bit hidden underneath. Do you know I just have to slide the locking part back as in the video but in a different location? The window in a remote cabin so I can't take a look right now. Thank you!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

I agree that as long as the specifications match up, your operator looks like a match to the 39-089 and 39-090. Keep in mind that the detach clip is underneath the operator arm, so you'll need to release it from the bottom. Thank you.
