A quick learner from Bristol, PA 19007 says:
I am not sure if there is a 1 at the end or it is a scratch
The screw is what broke but I realize I just can't by the screw i Please let me know what I need to purchase to fix my window.

Hello! based on your photos, I recommend looking at our 39-031 to start out. This looks like a very close match, but you should go over our dimensions just to be 100% sure. You can reuse your old handle and cover, too, so it will still match your other operators. Let me know what you think!
