Metal bracket coated in plastic that sits on bottom corner of window in need of identifying and replacing

Hello there. We may be able to help, but that code is associated with a few different parts. Can you send us pictures of the bracket in question, preferably from a bird's eye view so we have full context of where it sits in the casement window setup? We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for confirming. This is the track slide shoe that is part of the casement window hinge. I am afraid these are not sold separately--when they break, it's recommended that the entire window hinge set is replaced. This might be the 36-004-10 10" Hinge Set, but compare with the dimensions below to confirm. Also see the installation video below. Let me know if you have further questions.
